I'm guessing that not everyone got this promo via the website, that they only had a certain # to give away, and they selected people "randomly". I am also guessing that when they tell people who call just to "mail your contract to this address", it's just a way to placate them, and it's not really a valid method of getting this promo.

Oh well, maybe my guesses are wrong.

I downloaded the form from the web site, based on the info in the email. I had to "register" for the form, a control number was assigned, and then it allowed me to print it out.

It was closely held throughout. I had to formally register at the X-Type.com site, then I received the promotional email, then had to register for the form, then send it in along with the purchase contract.

Still waiting for mine. Sent in mid-Dec. with invoice copy and certificate. I've called twice to the 800 jag. number. The woman told me that she spends most of every day faxing these followup requests to some other office, but that's all she can do. She said many times, owners have her fax the followup over and over, over a many week period, with no results.
