Sorry about your accident, but glad you and your passenger are OK. I assume since you were hit from the rear, the airbags did not deploy. Good luck with the insurance company and keep us posted.

I have been enjoying my new X-Type 3.0 for almost three months now, but was plowed into last night by a drunk driver who was so out of it that he never even hit the brakes. He slammed into me at about 50 mph when I was at a stop. So I will take some digital pics today and post them later so you can all see how your cars can withstand a rear impact with a full-size Chevy truck. My passenger and I are aching a bit but SO thankful that it wasn't worse, and thankful as well that we were driving such a well-built car. I will post pics after I go visit the poor thing later today...
