My New X Type: Homerun but no wood in console (archive)

After waiting 3 weeks my new 3.0 w/ X1, X3 and Cd changer/premium sound is in. Ford and Jaguar hit a homerun with this car. Just wish they extended the wood kit into the center console (but I'll order that OEM aftermarket for about $215).

Bought new 3 series BMW, 190 Mercedes before this, so X is logical entry point.

Hey BMW, Mercedes: Next car is Jaguar S.
