If feedback is truly desired; I would like to encourage the assemblers to make sure everything is adjusted properly before letting the X-Type out of the plant.

It has been mentioned by many people that the shifter for the Automatic transmission is not going into park fully and it becomes impossible to remove the ignition ket without much jiggling and jaggling of the shift lever.

Things like that impair a sense of quality (or lack of) and they are so small that just that much more attention at the factory can really affect the shopper's perception.

I want to thank you and all the workers for doing such a nice job on the pretty paint work. It is superior.

What box can I check on the order form to make sure the lads don't partake of any pints until AFTER my next Jaguar leaves the line? (grin)
