same here, I got the 48 hour answer. I called back 3 days later, and based on what the lady said (along with a poster here, search down below), I simply mailed the necessary info to the address in CA that she gave me. I sent it return receipt, I know they have it as of Jan 12th or so. I'm not optimistic, and I called my dealer, he said he could not help me. Jag is handling this badly, but I still like the car! It's good to see some people are getting the $500.

I called Jaguar 3 weeks ago and they promised Jaguar would call me back within "48 Hours". You guessed it, I NEVER heard from them again, which doesn't surprise me!
