I have a really good deal on a X-Type. However, has an cassette player:( And I am to cheap to pay the dealer 1,000 for a CD Changer. Anyone know where I can get a after market CD changer. Will an Alpine changer work.

Thad

Good news guys. Sound Gate is right now working on a fiber optic converter for the x-type. This will allow you to use an alpine changer with the stock head unit. I personally talked with an engineer at Sound Gate and he said it should be ready by the end of March. Price is still up in the air though. Now as you know once one company makes it, it won't be long before it's everywhere. I'll keep you posted.
