Headlight powerwash leaks when windshield wash on (archive)

Has anyone noticed the Power Headlight washer leaks a little when you use the windshield wash function. When you do this at high speed it leaves a trial of soapy water on the hood (bonnet). I have Anthracite so it is noticeable
