Thad,

There have been several posts on this subject. It seems that the problem in using an after market changer is finding an interface that will plug into the fiber optic cable, especially if you want to be able to use the steering wheel controls. I'm not sure anyone has found the proper interface since the X-Type is new on the market and the system is different than other Jaguars.

Mike

I have a really good deal on a X-Type. However, has an cassette player:( And I am to cheap to pay the dealer 1,000 for a CD Changer. Anyone know where I can get a after market CD changer. Will an Alpine changer work.

Thad
