Does it start at about 25 mph and go away around 50? Does it seem to be worse when its cold? There is a service campaign out for the rear propshaft including the lap joint that makes the noise above. The repair is replacement of the drive shaft and some other things as well. Hope this helps!

Unless I'm deaf, I don't here a whine in mine except when the wife and daughter are in the car. I have not heard of anything "official" as to a fix. What, if anything, have you heard?
