I have legally driven up to 235 kmh in Germany and I honestly believe that the car is excellent up to 220. Handles perfectly. Once had an emergency break-up from 190 kmh. I tell you, I'm happy no one was behind me. The car stops in no time. As to your noise problem, what tires do you have? I have the 3.0 exec auto but with the 17' sports wheels? I have not experienced any additional noise except that the Pirelli tyres are rather noisy.
