ACTUALLY, the trunk lock problem on my X-Type was no more of a hassle than my sunroof problem on my 330Ci, which sometimes failed to operate. That was also a common problem on the E46's, as is warped rotors, A/C control modules, window regulators and don't forget the recall for failed (2 or 3 times) aux. fans. Would you like to hear the problems I had on my E39? or my 6 other BMW's?

Why would I feel obligated to justify my decision to trade my 330Ci on an X-Type. It's not the cat that bothers me, I just don't want to be caught in your web. Bye.
