Hi Riccardo.

I live in the UK and have an Anthracite (black) 2.5 litre Sport with Cranberry interior. When I first traded in my 30 month old BMW 3 Series for it, I wondered what the hell I had done! I have grown to like the Jag more and more each day I drive it. My only bitch is the dog of an engine. In the early days I stalled the engine all the time as the torque is so poor at low rpm compared with the Bema. However, as with most things in life, you get used to it. I have only a slight problem with the nozzles but do have the seat, boot (trunk) lid and seatbelt problems mentioned on the list. I also have a strange problem with the headlights dimming after about 15 minutes driving. I do wonder what the problem is with the fuel filler door though. It looks pretty sturdy to me. Do our US friends sit on it when filling up?! All in all, I am very glad that I bought the car.

Brian

Dear all,
I live in Switzerland and I am waiting for my X-type.
Due to some troubles with the dealer I had to contact Jaguar Switzerland so I had the opportunity to talk with a kind man from them.
It seems that they do not know anything about the leaking problems and about other teething problems.
Is there anyone in Europe who had the same trouble?
Are you all from US?

Thanks

Riccardo
