Hi Jane...if the dealer has to order it see if he can change one of his allocated cars that he already has ordered..our dealer was able to go to the special Jag web site and change the car they had ordered to the car we wanted..this way we got the car in 45 days..hope that helps..you'll love the Nav, its great! Go for the premium stereo, its totally worth it as well...


Ordered the pretty little thing today. Emerald/sand 2.5, 5 speed, nav, etc. Turns out the dealer had one in Emerald..darker than Aspen green and we decided that maybe the sand interior would be a little easier to keep clean than the ivory in the British racing green (although we really liked that, too.....tough decision) If the dealer can't find one, it will be March delivery.

We can't remember ever being this excited about a car...and we have been thru a LOT of them over 30+ years.

I've wanted a Jag since I was a little girl and a family friend took me to a rally in his 50's something convertible and let me be the navigator.

Thanks to all of you for all the info on this board....really helped to make our decision.
