leaking nozzles in Europe (archive)

Dear all,
I live in Switzerland and I am waiting for my X-type.
Due to some troubles with the dealer I had to contact Jaguar Switzerland so I had the opportunity to talk with a kind man from them.
It seems that they do not know anything about the leaking problems and about other teething problems.
Is there anyone in Europe who had the same trouble?
Are you all from US?
