This is the way the climate control system works. When you hit 'Auto', no matter how high you push the temperature, the A/C will stay on. However, you can push the 'A/C' button to turn it off. When you do so, the Auto light goes off as well, but the system appears to remain in auto mode and will try to keep the car at whatever temperature you have set.

2.) Does anyone know who to turn off the Cold Weather warning on the dashboard? Its really cold in boston so it stays on all the time...I can still view everything by clicking through but it is a bit annoying...

I'm not sure on this one, but I believe if you tap the Cancel (Reset?) button over on the left of the dashboard by the A/B, etc. buttons that it will cancel the warning.

I don't have anything to say on the Nav system--not sure. :)
