I enjoyed reading your post. It's pretty amazing how well it handled in the snow with the 17" performance tires. Did the DSC come on a lot? Here in New Orleans I won't get to experience the snow, at least until the next "Ice Age". It's also great to hear your car is problem-free. Let's hope it stays that way. Be safe on your trip to Chicago and give us a report when you get back. Thanks for your post.

I live in Michigan and we just had our first real snow. My baby was plowing through the stuff like it wasn't even there. I was initially concerned that it may not, due to the fact that it has the Sport package with the 17" wheels. In reality, however, it handled the snow better than my wife's 2002 4-wheel drive Ford Explorer. I was TRYING to get it to misbehave. I would come to a complete stop and then punch it, and not once did my baby lose its composure. It always kept its poise. I'm driving out to Chicago with the aid of my Nav. tomorrow. Our first real road trip in the Jag. It now has more than 300 miles with not a sqeak or rattle. I love the fact that no one in the neighborhood or maybe even the city owns one. One thing though, at night I have people flashing their high beams at me. I have the self leveling Xenon headlamps, so I'm not sure if they believe that I'm driving with my high beams on. My brother tells me that it's their way of saying "nice car!". Anyway, I'll keep you all updated. I just love this car more and more with each passing day.
