I had a 2.5 without nav to begin with, the dealer had to buy that car back because it had a bunch of problems. (Chassis 3600 or so). I thought I would be able to get the nav since I had the premium package, and since I bought it so early on, the dealer figured that too...
Turns out I was wrong...I mean, I'm sure there's a way to do it, but you won't be able to for anywhere near the $2200.00 option price. My new 3.0 has it, and I agree, it makes the car very special. It looks like you are out of luck on this one, unless you can find someone to actually do it that can get all of the parts and such...remember it's more than just a replacement head unit...It also needs a compass, DVD-player, speed sensor hookups, etc, which would really make it a major pain in the arse...You would probably best wait until someone else has done it, and learn from their mistakes....Hope this helps.

I think the NAV system makes the car. Since I picked up my baby, it seems to be the topic of discussion for everyone that goes for a ride. It incorporates all the functions including the stereo, climate and phone into one. It's nice to be able to touch the screen and get instant results. My wife enjoys the security of having it on board. It also looks really sweet at night time. If you can get it istalled, I highly recommend it.
