Weeping Windshield Nozzle (archive)

I just picked up my brand new baby, a 2.5 with automatic. There's just one problem......The service manager told me, and SHOWED me that the new control valve was indeed installed by Jaguar DURING the manufacture of the car. My question, is why, or what thoughts do you have as to what might be causing the "weeping"? It is mainly coming from the passenger side nozzle, though BOTH are doing it. BTW, the windshield fluid reservior is about 2 inches down from the top. This is REAL annoying and I plan to take it in to the dealer in a few days. Is anyone else having (or heard of) the same problem? Keep in mind, mine DOES have the new control valve installed.
Any and all thoughts on this would really be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken
