According to Kelley Blue Book (www.kbb.com) a Mercedes C-Class shows the Moonroof worth an additional $830 after 2 years and $710 after 4 years.

The Jaguar S-Type shows the same $830 after two years.

All the little package gadgets add no reslae value; if this helps.


Due to the high price of the option packages, I have arranged to factory order a 2.5 without moonroof, but haven't placed the order yet. I've heard that with the Mercedes C240, if you get one without a moonroof, that the resale value will be many thousands less. I need some advice.
