I'm shopping for '03 S-Type 4.2 no sport. The beast deal I found $2500 over invoice. Is it good or bad? Could you share your shopping experience?

I'm looking to buy an S-type R but can't find any dealers willing to go below MSRP. Where did you find $2500 over invoice ?
