Bob,
Please elaborate on the problems you have had.
Bob,
I am thinking of getting a S-type 3.0. Please let me know what type of little problems you are having and any advice you have. Thanks.
Is there anyone out there that owns a 2000 S-type V6 and is tired og all the little problems. I've been to two dealers and every time I pick up my car they screw something up. What a mess. I also own a 2001 240 Benz.
E-mail me with support!!!!!!

Buy a Benz C240!!! I have both. Never a Jag again!!!
You have to remember that an S type is about the same price as dear ford or vauxhall, and when you go to the dealer just look how many cars are 20 or 30, 000 more than the one you are looking at. That is why you get problems. I reckon the dealers must shudder whenever they get a normal person drive in and do a deal on an s type - they would much rather have someone who can afford one of the more noble ( expensive ) models because lets face it if they can afford that on a car, they wont worry about forking out for a few repairs etc..
