I looked into this for my 2000 S-type 4.0 over a year ago so that I could have another set of wheels for my snow tires. Tire Rack lists 2-3 17" wheels that fit while Discount Tire Direct claims they have over 20. When I did more research, I found that Discount Tire's offsets may not be correct. In the end, I bought 4 more 17" Jaguar wheels from a Jaguar dealer in Atlanta who gave me free shipping and 10% off list.
