| Message: | | As you've found, there really isn't much of an online community for the E-type.
I would take lots of pictures of all the components and send them to a couple of the well-known E-type restorers, and ask for a ballpark estimate of their price to restore the car, then look at Hemmings to see what a restored '63 OTS is going for, and subtract the restoration estimate from that to get a ballpark asking price for the basket case.
If it is a reasonably complete car (which it sounds like it is) please try to sell it as a whole to someone who will restore it instead of parting it out.
