Message: Most auto parts stores will do a free battery check to confirm if it is a battery issue. The fully charged voltage should be 12.6v. With all the driving, and a 14+v run voltage the battery should be fully charged but symptoms say it is not.

I would also check all the battery and ground leads to ensure tightness. Symptoms could also be saying loose connection.

Any comment on the rattle would only be a guess.
