The latest instructions call for clearing the TCM adaptions, reprogramming the ECM and then reprogramming the TCM. This is followed by a very easy road test of at least ten miles, and 200 miles of no Sport mode or kickdown acceleration.

If it all isn't done in this order, it probably won't work.
