The dealer first assumed it was gelled fluid and flushed the system; however, this did not solve the problem. They then took apart and reinstalled the entire hydraulic system; this also did not fix the issue.
It turns out it was a relay that had gone bad, but there had been so many problems with past models and gelled fluid, the dealer did not bother to check anything other than the hydraulic system in the first and second attempt to correct the problem.
