| Message: | For those who can't program the remotes. I bought 2 remotes off ebay with the correct 315 frequency. At first I couldn't program them, even after trying everything learnt from this forum. Then it hit me! I had previously disconnected the antenna (due to ugliness and wind noise), so I went back into the trunk and connected the antenna again, repeated the following procedures: -Hold headlight flasher (dimmer switch)back towards you -turn ignition key to position 1 -flash headlights 3-5 times in my case no beeps, but a red light next to P flashed -press the lock button on your remote -turn ignition off and remove key -press the lock button again to test your remote I tried to programme both remotes at the same time, but that didn't work. I had to repeat the procedures for the 2nd remote as well. Then I disconnected the antenna again. Both remotes works great. I hope this will help somebody, since this forum has already helped me a lot. Cheers guys | ||||
