See Below: Roll your own leak down I use my compression tester, modified by removing the schraeder valve at the end of the spark plug fitting, with a pressure regulator and an orifice. Calibration from one unit to the next is not reliable, but it is repeatable and, along with compression testing very useful to determine what evil is going on in the engine's innards. For what you are looking for, I suspect the compression gauge will be all you need. Good Luck! | ||||
