Message: Re the rear view mirror, Previous poster is correct, if missing need to purchase a new one, maybe ebay is good option for that?

If its there but faulty, then they will replace. I am in the UK and got one posted out from the USA. Cam within a few days to replace my old one which was not leaky, just didnt dim any more.

Very pleased with the service!
