| Message: | They are all cars and all cars break sometime. Peace of mind is what you get with a warranty. It doesn't have to be an engine failure to be expensive. I replace lots of transmissions $ 4000 to $ 10,000 for the part alone, seat motors and potentiometers $ 200 to $ 400 each, control module $ 700, diferentials $ 2500. Oxygen sensors are $ 200 to 400 each and you have four of them. If you only keep the car a few years, maybe it isn't worth it, but I see a lot of very expensive bills at the end of each week. I want my car to be in great shape and to last so I take advantage of my warranty. Everything works right on my car or it gets fixed right away. Personal decision, just like deciding what color to buy. | ||||
