saw your post at the other UK forum.

pressure should be around 36 psi at the Pressure Regulator.

How do you know your pump is bad?

TEST PUMP: move the shifter to 1st gear, turn the ignition switch
to START while listening for a whirring sound coming from the trunk/boot. If you can hear the pump,it is good.

are you in the UK or US? If in the US, you can get a used pump for
substitution, contact me through the other forum to refer you to someone who has good used pumps. I would not recommend an aftermarket pump for a number of reasons.
