These lugs are cheap lugs with caps on them. People can overtighten the lugs assuming that since the lugs still knock back and forth that it's still loose. This bends the caps. You can take one off while at any auto parts store and they will show you a selection of what they have. Be prepared to pay $3-$5 a lug.
