Hey everyone I need some feedback on the operation of the wipers on my '04 XJ8. The problem is when I have them in the low speed and come to a stop they go from low speed to intermittent and when I start to roll forward they go back to the low speed. The same thing happens if they are in the high speed only they drop down to the low speed. Then go back to high when I start to move. The auto and intermittent seems to be working ok.The problem is that in a steady rain the wipers will go to intermittent when I stop. I belong to an auto repair network and posted this problem but most of the answers were from techs with no first hand experience of extended driving with a '04 Jaguar XJ8. I would like to hear from owners that have driven '04 XJ8's and did or didn't have this happen. It's easy do duplicate just put the wipers on low drive forward and stop and let me know if the wipers go to intermittent. Thanks George.
