Message:

I want to get access to the Air Conditioning condensation drain outlets on the 2005 XJ8L. I put the car on my lift and fired it up with the AC on. The condensation seems to just run down the heatshield material under the vehicle... What?? No tubes?

Reason I am asking is that I have a persistent musty odor from the AC system. I intend to ease some cleaner up the drain tube to attack whatever is in the exchanger. If possible, I would also like to preceed that effort with a bore scope examination up the tube to get a visual of the musty odor source.

Any advice out there??
