Message: 2000 S-Type 4.0L: Is it necessary to relieve the fuel system pressure (via pressure relief valve, requiring a special tool/gauge) before replacing the fuel filter? I have seen references to this in JTIS data, but it appears as a generic statement among others rather than a specific step. Anyone have experience with this?
