Message: Mr Jaguar's previous process was correct but the the vehicle must be out of sport mode, hold the brake for 20 seconds, and do 10 to 12 times. When done let vehicle idle of ten minutes and then turn ignition off for 2 minutes. Return and let vehicle sit overnight or let transmission fluid cool down, usually takes 4 hours. There is a new procedure that is for the ZF trans but I am not able to give that information at this time.
