My brother bought a car a few years old with painted, plastic molded bumpers, non-bmw. He lives in the city where he must parallel park and is notorious for people bumping cars a little to fit in spaces resulting in marks on the back and front of bumpers.
Without spending too much money, hopefully less than $140, what is a good recommendation of a product to use. Two that we were looking at are below. I liked the lanescarproduct better as it covers more of a width, actually height, of the bumper although the eurobumperguard material probably protects better, but at only 2" you would almost have it hit it dead center along this strip to not hit the actual bumper. It does not seem to have enough thickness either to stick out enough to prevent bumper to bumper contact, again only unless you hit the strip right along the vertical center.
Any suggestions or experiences on these or similar products would be great, thanks for your help
