Just purchased a 06 jeep commander that is black. I have never owned a black vehicle before and would like to know the guru's opinions on maintaining the best shine. Should I stick with something like 3M Imperial 05990 or 39007 followed by a pure carnauba wax? Should I go with Meguires mirror glaze hand polish followed by carnauba? Should I go buy something from Griot's Garage? Are there polish's out there that are formulated for black/dark vehicles that really deliver or are they all voodoo/rub your belly while you stand on one foot type stuff? Thank you for any help you can give.
