Message: exchange than arguing about who is right regarding FK products. The attacks are getting way too personal for my tastes.

I use Zaino. It has been a proven product for years and everyone knows about it's nearly untouchable durability and no one disputes the facts.

FK is not a new company, nor perhaps are their products, however, their heralded results are new to this forum and there certainly is much diagreement regarding durability.

I was hoping that the tests performed by Wayne, Agentf1, and Bretfaz would shed light to the controversy as they are not new to this forum, but have been around and tested many products. However, it appears that their findings thus far are rejected by a number of FK users. Each person may have varying results from their own experiences, however, they are indeed their experiences and they should not be branded biased anymore than an umpire at a baseball game. They may have a favorite team, but that does not mean they will call the game unfairly. These guys have had good reputations here for a long, long time and have always tried to give good advice.

Whether you agree or disagree with the results, I am sure each of us will use a product that we are comfortable with. Arguing and personal attacks will not convince anyone to use another product.

I have found some of the pictures from FK usage to be very good. Through the years, I have seen very good pictures from people using other products also. Basically, if you do good prep work, you can put crap on a car and make it look good. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the pictures and the results of good work performed and I am happy that the poster achieved the results, no matter what product he chose to use.

Whether the results last is dependent upon a variety of factors, including the product of choice. I still contend that left alone, absolutely nothing exceeds Zaino in durability; case closed. That said, there are still those, especially that may live in a cooler climate, that may get satisfactory durability from other products and still, there are others that may like a particular shine they get from yet another product.

I think we should all be able to live with these facts without getting into all sorts of name calling. If not, I can no longer see a useful purpose with this forum.
