When I tried to order via the toll free number I spent about 40 minutes trying to get someone on the phone and could not. (recording, recording, recording)
I finally went in to the computor and ordered on the internet.

No biggie, however, I would have liked to speak to someone just out of curiosity.

Since I ordered the FK online, I also ordered Zaino online just to make it fair.
Hopefully both will be here for this weekend.
