With all the talk of FK, I decided to test it out, and since it is being compared to Zaino, I will be doing a "head to head" and document it for the forum. As most of the long time members know, I have tested hundreds of products over the years, buying every product local and everything I could find on the internet as well. After testing this many products on a continuing schedule, one thing I noticed was that "most" products were more similar than different and only a handfull of truly unique products stood out as being different than the rest. After the accident last year I stopped testing new products as a priority and slowed down on other things (pain will do that to you). I think this could be a good test if it is everything it is advertised as being. (what I have run into is much inflated results from company's based on results in a lab or tests that were designed for a certain product to make it look good. I am of the same mindset as Steve L., and that is that a product should be tested as it is intended to be used. For example, if you want to test wax, it should be applied ad directed and the vehicle(or panel)should be put through the same enviromental changes and extremes as would your vehicle. When I test, the vehicle or panel is outside 24/7. I realize a lot of people have carports, car covers, garages, etc (as I do), however, to get a real life result, IMO, you will need a real life test. I will keep everyone posted as time goes on. I will be ordering the FK and Zaino this coming week (I will also report on how long it takes to arrive since that also seems to be a part of the discussion.)
