I was speaking from experience on the door panel of my 745. I had black shoe sole scuffs on the bottom of the drivers and passenger side interior door panel. I tried all types liquid detergents. I took a cap type eraser that goes on the end of a pencil out of my kids pencil box and viola, I erased the scuffs in ten seconds. I didn't notice any damage, but I see what you mean, maybe not the solution for a soft surface, but the BMW door panels are pretty hard. | ||||
