Try a mix of Simple Green and water (80% water) and scrub, don't be afraid to put some arm into it. I use a nylon bristled brush with 1" bristles. The next step, if needed, is a 50/50 mix of Simple Green and denatured alcohol. Use a little on a rag and keep wiping until it's gone.
