Steve - First, I want to apologize for the 3x postings I inadvertently made on August 13. I am new to the reponse process here on Roadfly, and evidently I sent out too many responses when I only intended to send one. Second, I find your response back to me some what ironic. The day after discovering your link on Roadfly when I inappropriately sent you 3x responses, I ordered up a copy of your Guru Reports Wax Test Report via your website. I too am a "detailing nut", as you descibe yourself in the Wax Test, and I can't tell you how excited I was to recieve the report this past week. And the report did not disappoint - it is outstanding, and I applaud your publication.
However I must tell you that I was disappointed earlier today when I was accessing your website while visiting Roadfly, and saw that you thought I was a "spammer". Perhaps cynicism is an unfortunate result of mass merchandising, but I must caution you that you never know who you may be responding to. I found your response personlly offensive - you never know, I could at the very least be a valuable, long term customer. I am president and owner of a large printing operation, and believe me, I understand the importance of customers!
I will still check out your very informative site and test reports, but I will certainly be careful how I interact with your organization.
