Sal Zaino also e-mailed me a list of things to try.
I'll go through the various options methodically and undo my previous damage, then do it right. Might take a week or two, bit at a time.
Obviously the product is not the problem -- but this stuff is NOT idiot proof and bad consequences will result if it is used in a "casual" way. It's probably best to watch an experienced Zaino user at work before attempting it yourself.
