very telling survey, thanks for the additional input. You've got me thinking about trying product #4. I've hesitated for some time but recently helped a friend do his car with all the steps and I was impressed.
Anyway, good information and I like the way you ran the test, by not letting the observers know what which product was which. BTW, my limited knowledge of research says that this was a "blind" test as your observers were not made aware of which product was used on the panel sections. A "double-blind" test is when the moderator doesn't know which product is which.
