| Message: | This is my situation, i was wondering if i could get some advice. My wife and i are both in wheelchairs. We have an accessible van that is owned and insured by her sister. My wife's whole family can drive it, apparently because they all have the same insurance company. I would like for my family to drive it also, but they do not have the same insurance company, however they do have car insurance of their own. Is there ways that my family can legally drive the vehicle too? I would assume that there's gotta be a way to negotiate this legally,. so everyone is covered at the time of an incident. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. -mark | ||||
