Message: Hi, I actually spoke to the state trooper yesterday. He said he witnessed the entire accident and treated it as one accident, saying the person who stopped first was at fault. He said it was on an incline and had very poor line of sight. Hopefully the fact that he indicates all this in the police report will help.
