| Message: | I was part of a five car collision on the highway. A state policeman was doing a sting and the person he arrested slammed on her brakes in the lane next to the breakdown lane. There was a five car pile up. I was number four. I hit the car in front of me. Someone hit me from behind. the car in front of me did not hit the car in front of her. Nobody hit the person who caused the accident. The state trooper told all of us that it was none of our faults. He was citing the person he arrested at fault. He filled out an exchange form and gave it to all of us. Now my insurance company is telling me I am at fault since I hit the person in front of me. My car was totaled. This accident is potentially costing me 10K.... What can I do? | ||||
