Same problem. (241 views) 
Message: I have 17,300 miles on my 08 cpe and have had the problem from the start. I had "update" done with no help. I have really had it and as a 9 time BMW owner over the last 10 years thats saying something. I hate the lag when starting. The time from gas to go seems like a second or more. I think its time to sell, at least time for me to sell. I going 911 s PDK, I have driven it and not a bit of lag. I only wish ours worked like PDK.
